One more mild day, then a quick taste of winter
Friday will be another warm one for Nebraska with afternoon high temperatures in the lower and middle 60s. Well above average!
The warm weather is short lived, however. Saturday will be a transition day with highs in the mid 50s and cloudy skies. We may see a little rain which may mix with a few snowflakes late Saturday as colder air starts to pool in.
If we do see snow, most of it will be in northern and northeast Nebraska into Iowa. A few light rain showers are possible in SE Nebraska.
It will certainly be chilly Sunday and Monday, but we warm right back up Tuesday and beyond.
