Papillion-La Vista Monarchs fly past the Lincoln Southwest Silver Hawks

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Lincoln Southwest Silver Hawks hosted the Papillion-La Vista Monarchs at UBT Stadium on Friday.

After a hard-fought four quarters, the Monarchs prevailed, winning 28-14.

Monarch Trent Lavicky picked up a Southwest fumble to take it all the way into the endzone for the first score of the game.

In the third quarter, Southwest quarterback Brockson Teply stepped back and fired a shot to Jackson Carpenter for a touchdown.

Later that quarter, Papillion-La Vista’s Payton Prestito finds a hole and scores another six points.
