North winds will gust up to 15–20 mph across eastern Nebraska through this morning. Enjoy the light winds as winds PICK UP Thursday.
Thursday morning will be BRISK & refreshing! Temperatures waking up will be in the 40s across the state under clear skies.
Thursday night, some light rain & a few T-storms will be possible. The BEST CHANCE for any precipitation will be in far NE Nebraska into Iowa. Rain accumulations up to 0.10-0.25″ max.
Wind gusts will begin to pick up as we go through this weekend, especially during Husker game day! These SW winds will bring warmer temperatures across Nebraska through Sunday.
Next Monday will bring our first BIG COLD FRONT. Temperatures will drop Monday evening & continue to drop through next week.
High temperatures look to stay near 60° – 88° through the next 10 days! *Morning temperatures look to stay near 42° – 60°! Some colder temperatures next week as a potent system moves through.
