Popular landmarks lit with Ukrainian colors on the anniversary of Russia’s invasion

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Landmarks around the world are supporting Ukraine’s defenders on the one-year anniversary of Russia’s invasion.

Paris’ Eiffel Tower was lit with the blue and yellow colors of the Ukrainian flag Thursday night.

In London, demonstrators painted the same colors on a road outside Russia’s embassy.

And a pro-Ukrainian vigil was held in Brussels, where NATO is headquartered.
