Portion of popular Lincoln street set to close Wednesday

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Lincoln Transportation and Utilities Department announced the partial closure of a popular Lincoln street.

Starting Wednesday, Normal Boulevard between 62nd Street and Park Crest Drive will close for pavement repairs.

This Lincoln on the Move street improvement project is expected to be completed by mid-October, according to LTU.

Lincoln on the Move is a quarter-cent sales tax street investment effort focused on enhancing Lincoln’s street infrastructure.
