Prosecutors give Omaha teen lesser charge in Murder

Prosecutors have charged an Omaha teen with a lesser charge in a Murder.
Investigators believe Danny Harden-Bolton shot and Killed Brandon Wallace. It happened in June 2014 near 34th and Spaulding.
Five teens were arrested at the time of Wallace’s death. Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine says the offenders did not advise three of them of their Miranda rights. Kleine also say Police could not determine who pulled the trigger.
The murder charge was dismissed by prosecutors. Harden-Bolton was charged as an accessory. He pleaded guilty on Thursday in juvenile court.
