Quick cool down, summer comes back next week

Most of Friday is looking dry, but a spot shower is possible. We start off cool, too. Temperatures in the 50s at 6am!

The best chance for that spot shower is late morning and early afternoon and especially in central Nebraska.

We can use the rain, too. The new drought monitor is out and we continue to see the moderate to severe drought areas increasing in size.

Highs on Friday will be cooler than average with a lot of 70s out there. Enjoy, because summer comes back next week!

70s on Friday and Saturday, then the middle 80s on Sunday. I’m seeing a lot of 90s for most of next week!

As for the Huskers game on Saturday, it’s looking quite nice. GO BIG RED!
