Quiet couple of days ahead
A lull in the severe weather is looking likely for the next several days. We do have a couple of storm chance late this week and then again next week, but overall it is looking much quieter than the last couple of months have been. Temperatures look to be right around normal for the foreseeable future.
It’ll be very warm on Wednesday, with highs trying for 90 degrees. Cooler Thursday and Friday, but not by much. There’s a small chance for storms on Friday.
We start the day on Wednesday in the middle 50s, which is very close to normal. Then top out above average.
The upper 80s and lower 90s is likely with a gusty southwest wind. This is a good 5-7 degrees above average.
The wind will be blowing the most in the middle of the afternoon. Wind gusts near 25 mph will be possible.
Other than the small chance for storms Friday and then again Tuesday and Wednesday next week, most of the next 10 days will be quiet and mild.
