Rain chance for Friday, dry weekend
A frontal boundary is going to push across the state late Thursday into Friday giving many of us a rain chance. After that, we’ll dry out in time for the weekend. More rain chances come our way by the middle of next week. Temperatures will be very close to average for the next several days.
We’ll be a little warmer Thursday morning than recent mornings. Most of us will be in the 50s.
Afternoon highs on Thursday will be very close to normal, which for Lincoln, is 81 degrees.
On Friday, a frontal boundary will move across the state giving us a chance for rain. It’ll move from western Nebraska overnight Thursday, into central Nebraska by early Friday, and into eastern Nebraska by the afternoon. Showers and a couple of rumbles of thunder will be possible.
After Friday, Saturday is looking very nice!
Speaking of Saturday, if you’re headed out and about for the Husker game, it’s going to be a quiet evening. Go Big Red!
