Rain chances and cool temperatures
Our average high for the end of October is in the upper 50s and lower 60s and that’s exactly what we have in our forecast as we head towards the weekend. It is going to try to warm up a little bit over the weekend and early next week, but a cold front by the end of next week should knock those temperatures back down.
As for rain chances (below), we might see a sprinkle or two Wednesday and then some rain showers on Thursday. Another rain chance comes our way next week.
Above is the chance for rain Wednesday. Rainfall will be possible on and off during the afternoon and into the evening.
The better chance for rain comes our way Thursday night (above) when a swath of light to moderate rain moves through SE Nebraska.
After the rain chances Wednesday and Thursday, we dry out to end the week and see our temperatures right around average.
