Rain showers return the second half of Wednesday 5/4/2022

Temperatures are mild this morning in the 40s with gloomy and gray skies. These gray clouds will stick around all day today, but eventually they will result in showers. Showers will start around the late afternoon hours, but the best chance will be anytime after 5 PM. A few rumbles of thunder are also likely as these storms continue into the overnight hours. Temperatures are stuck in the mid-50s today thanks to the clouds, with similar conditions expected tomorrow. Scattered rain continues all throughout your Thursday with potentially another 0.50-1.00″ of rain likely. We dry out just in time for Friday with warmer temperatures in the mid to upper 60s. The upper 70s return for the weekend with the chance for scattered showers on Mother’s Day.
