Rain to Start the Week
A frontal boundary is going to push across Nebraska Sunday night into early Monday and then stall out for a while. This will allow for quite a bit of rain to fall across the area starting early Monday and lasting into Tuesday. A couple inches of rain is going to be possible for many of us. Flooding may become a concern for those areas prone to flooding.
Temperatures are not going to warm up much, but they aren’t going to cool off much, either. Highs for the next few days will be in the upper 40s and lower 50s with lows in the lower and middle 40s. The wind will be out of the northeast at 10 to 20 mph.
We do slowly warm up all week with highs eventually getting into the upper 50s and lower 60s by next weekend. Rain will once again be possible Friday into next weekend, as well.
