Rifle, suppressor and scope stolen from truck in north Lincoln, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police are searching for a rifle and gun attachments after they were stolen from a truck in north Lincoln on Tuesday.
Around 6:50 a.m., a 27-year-old man reported that a 6.5-caliber Grendel rifle, suppressor, scope and ammunition had been stolen from his truck parked near 23rd Street and Cornhusker Highway.
The victim told officers that he thought that truck had been locked the night before. Police say there were no signs of forced entry into the vehicle.
The stolen items are worth around $4,650, according to police.
