Schaefer's TV and Appliance Channel 8 KLKN-TV 2007 Whirlpool Giveaway

Channel 8 KLKN-TV, and  Schaefer's TV and Appliance are looking to give a deserving person, or family a Whirlpool washer and dryer.  Viewers are encouraged to complete and submit an application at Schaefer's TV and Appliance or apply online using the online application form located on www.klkntv.com .  The recipient will be determined by need.

Void where prohibited and is open only to residents of Nebraska age 19 and older, with a valid Nebraska driver's license or Nebraska issued identification card.  Applicants must live in the Channel 8 KLKN-TV viewing area.

Here's How to Apply:

All you have to do is go to www.klkntv.com and completely fill out the online Application Form or apply at Schaefer's TV and Appliance.  Entries must have name, address, home phone, day telephone and a short paragraph explaining the need for a new washer and dryer.

Judging:

All entries will be judged by a panel consisting of Schaefer's and Channel 8 KLKN-TV employees.  The panel will make its recommendation based upon the need of the applicants.  The deadline for applications is 5PM on February 23rd. 

Award:

The recipient will receive a Duetsport Whirlpool washer and dryer from Schaefer's TV and Appliance.  The recipient must also agree to participate, on camera, in a commercial production for Schaefer's TV and Appliance.  The :30 commercial will air on February 28th during the Channel 8 Eyewitness News at Six.

Recipient will be required to present a valid Nebraska driver's license or Nebraska issued ID for identification purposes. Winner is also required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release before receiving a prize.
