Second annual Channel 8 School Supply Drive set for July 24
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Channel 8 is hosting its second annual school supply drive, benefitting the Lincoln Community Learning Centers.
On July 24, the Channel 8 team will be accepting your school supplies donations in the station parking lot at 3240 S. 10th Street from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
There are several items needed by kids across the city before the school year kicks off in August, including:
- Backpacks
- Notebooks
- Loose leaf paper
- Construction paper
- Pencils
- Colored Pencils
- Crayons
- Dry-erase markers
- Glue sticks
- Hand sanitizer
- Tissues
