Seward closes multiple roads due to flooding
SEWARD, Neb. (KLKN) — The Seward Police Department (SPD) announced certain road closures due to flooding today, Oct. 1.
The road closures are as follows:
- East Seward Street between Plum Creek Lane and the traffic circle
- South 2nd Street between Izaak Walton Road and Oak Street
- Bridge at the fairgrounds to go to Kiddie Korral
- Four plex parking lot at Plum Creek Park
- South Columbia Avenue south of the Waste Water Treatment plant to Crooked Mile Road.
SPD urges drivers to be safe and not drive through water over the roadway.
