Slow return to normal temperatures, minimal snow chances
We are going to dip down near zero early Wednesday morning, but that should be the last time it gets that cold for a while.
Some of us may dip below zero early Wednesday, too.
We warm up, but not by much. We should see highs in the middle 30s this time of year, so the middle 20s is 10 degrees below average.
After the chilly day on Wednesday, we start to warm up a little 30s for highs on Thursday and Friday are expected.
Light snow will be possible across Nebraska on Thursday. It won’t add up to much, but some light snow showers and flurries are possible.
We get stuck in a cool and dry patter through the middle of January. Highs will try for the freezing mark each day with very little in the way of precipitation.
