Small storm chances and quick break from the heat
Storms are possible after sunset tonight. A line of storms will try to form in southern Nebraska and then push south overnight.
Below is what our StormCast weather model is showing for timing, location, and duration of the storm potential.
If this line of storms can form, we may see a little severe weather out of it. A level 1 “Marginal Risk” is in place for this small risk.
Temperatures will cool off tonight, too. Upper 50s and lower 60s!
Highs will be cooler than they’ve been all month.
This cooler air won’t stick around, though. It is July, after all!
Our next chance for storms comes our way on Friday when a level 1 “Marginal Risk” is in place. More details on that as we get closer.
