Snow chances continue
We’ve seen a decent amount of snow the last couple of days with some decent totals for a few of us. The snow continues over the next couple of days, but accumulating snow has slowed down. Below are several snowfall totals from Monday morning through Tuesday morning.
Snowfall was the heaviest in western Nebraska and a lot of wind went along with it. Snowfall measurements were difficult for some!
The snowfall potential (above) is less now, but it’s not zero. Most of us will see less than an inch through Wednesday morning.
Because of the minor additional snowfall potential and the gusty winds, Blizzard Warnings and Winter Storm Warnings continue for the west. Winter Weather Advisories are in place, as well.
Light snow will be possible in Lincoln through Wednesday. Temperatures will start around 20 and top out very close to 30 degrees.
A chilly day for all is expected!
Light snow lingers into Thursday, then we start to clear out. Temperatures will remain seasonally cool through the rest of the week.
