Snow potential into Friday
WINTER STORM WARNINGS and WINTER WEATHER ADVISORIES are in place for the northern half of Nebraska Thursday into Friday, March 6-7, 2025.
Several inches of snow and a gusty north with will make travel very difficult.
Below is what our StormCast weather model is showing for timing, location, and duration.
After it’s all said and done, several inches of snow look possible for northern Nebraska. Less than an inch is expected along and south of I80. 1-2″ and 2-4″ in between.
Temperatures will start off in the 20s and 30s early Friday.
We’ll eventually warm up, but not by much. It’s going to be a chilly day.
It will be a little on the windy side, but that subsides as we get into Friday evening.
