Spotty freezing drizzle, then a small warm up
There is a Winter Weather Advisory in place for much of Iowa, Illinois, and northern Missouri. SE Nebraska is on the very edge of this advisory.
The best chance for any freezing drizzle is in extreme SE Nebraska Wednesday afternoon. This won’t amount to much, but it doesn’t take much to create an icy surface.
It’ll be spotty, but 0.01″ of freezing drizzle is possible in SE Nebraska by Wednesday night.
It will be a LOT warmer in western Nebraska Wednesday afternoon. Most of the state, however, will be in the 30s.
After Wednesday, we warm up a little through the rest of the week. There’s a small mixed precipitation chance Saturday, then a snow chance Tuesday and Thursday.
