Storms possible Friday, quiet weekend
Scattered showers and storms will be pushing across the state tonight and eventually make it into the eastern half of the state during the day Friday. More showers and storms will be possible next week! As for temperatures, we’ll hover around 80 for the next several days.
It won’t rain all day, but scattered showers and storms will be possible on and off Friday.
The best chance for rain in Lincoln will be in the afternoon, but a morning shower or two can’t be completely ruled out.
By Friday evening, some areas could see a quarter to a half of an inch of rain, while other may see only a little. It’ll depend on where the thunderstorms set up and where the move.
Temperatures on Friday will be a little cooler than average. The high will be in the middle and upper 70s.
After Friday, the sun comes back and so do the 80s.
