Storms possible on and off through Thursday

SEVERE WEATHER POTENTIAL will come in two waves Thursday.
1st wave: Storms move along the Kansas Nebraska border early Thursday morning.

Storms may make it as far north as I80, but the better chance is south. (see below)

2nd wave: Storms start up in central Nebraska Thursday afternoon and move east through the evening hours. Because of this, we have a level 1 and 2 “Marginal” to “Slight Risk” for severe storms during this time frame.

The main threat from storms Thursday afternoon and evening will be large hail. Those near the black hash marks may see 2″+ hail.
