Storms tonight and Tuesday

We have quite a few chances for thunderstorms over the next several days. Temperatures, however, are going to play nice. At or below average for highs all the way through next week!

For Tuesday, strong to severe storms will start in western Nebraska during the late afternoon and then move east.

The strongest storms will be around from 9pm to midnight, especially in the western half of the state. Above is what models are saying will be around at 11pm Tuesday.

As storms move east, they lose some of their strength, but heavy rain and gusty wind will still be possible early Wednesday morning.
