Stransky Veterinary Center opens doors in Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Much-needed relief is now available for Lincoln pet owners.

The Capital Humane Society’s Stransky Veterinary Center opened on Monday near 56th and O Streets.

The clinic aims to provide affordable vet care for pet owners across the Capital City.

It will provide spaying, neutering, dental and preventative care for animals.

The Humane Society said it has seen a large influx of animals in recent years, since the COVID-19 pandemic. It has been at or near capacity for the majority of that time.

The shelter is hoping this new clinic will help keep pets with their families.

If you’d like to schedule an appointment, you can visit the Stransky website or give CHS a call at 402-473-5370.
