Stretch of 60s continues 3/4/2021

Temperatures are in the 20s and 30s this morning across southeast Nebraska with mostly sunny skies. Wind speeds are fairly light for most of the area, but wind chill values are still making it feel a few degrees cooler than the actual air temperature. Make sure to layer up before you head out the door, but wear layers that you can shed! Highs will top out in the mid to upper 60s again with mostly sunny skies. Clouds will gradually increase into the evening and overnight hours thanks to a storm system on the Kansas side. Nebraska will stay rain free, but the edge of the system will bring us partly cloudy skies for overnight tonight. Lows drop down to the mid–30s before we quickly warm to highs in the upper 50s for Friday. The 60s return this weekend and into next week, as well as a chance for rain on Tue and Wed.

  • TODAY: More sunshine with highs in the mid to upper 60s. HIGH: 66
  • FRIDAY: A bit cooler with highs in the upper 50s. HIGH: 58
  • SATURDAY: Back to the 60s with widespread sunshine. HIGH: 65
  • SUNDAY: Flirting with the low 70s! HIGH: 67
  • MONDAY: Mostly sunny skies with highs in the low 60s. HIGH: 62
