Tiger Woods hospitalized after rollover crash, sheriff says

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Pro golfer Tiger Woods was injured after a crash Tuesday morning, according to the LA County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies responded to the rollover crash around 7:12 a.m. on the border of Rolling Hills Estates and Rancho Palos Verdes.
The vehicle sustained “major damage,” according to LACSD.
Woods was extricated from the wreck and taken to a local hospital by ambulance.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department told ABC News Woods was transported to hospital in serious condition.
Mark Steinberg, Woods’ agent, released the following statement: “Tiger Woods was in a single-car accident this morning in California where he suffered multiple leg injuries. He is currently in surgery and we thank you for your privacy and support.”
The crash is still under investigation.
