Two drivers cited in crash on Cornhusker Highway

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Sunday morning around 10:30 a.m. two vehicles were involved in a rollover crash. Both drivers have been cited.
The crash occurred near Northwest 6th Street and West Cornhusker Highway.
A Cadillac XLR was traveling eastbound on Cornhusker Highway and crashed into a Chevrolet Suburban that was traveling westbound. The Chevrolet flipped onto its side during the crash.
Both drivers were minorly injured.
The Lincoln Police Department (LPD) said the Cadillac driver was cited for failing to yield and having no seatbelt. The Chevrolet was cited for having no proof of insurance and an open alcohol bottle.
