Unsettled weather pattern and turning cooler
Showers and storms will move from west to east overnight and make their way into eastern Nebraska early Friday morning. Light rain and occasional lightning will be possible.
Early morning temperatures will range from the mid 30s west to the mid 60s east.
Lingering clouds and spot showers through the overnight into the morning hours for eastern Nebraska will keep our temperatures from cooling off overnight and then keep us from warming up too much in the afternoon.
Highs for the state will be in the 60s for the western half of the state and 70s for the eastern half.
We continue to cool off on Saturday and Sunday, then hover in the 60s and 70s for highs the next several days. We might be done with the 80s!
