UPDATE: victim in critical condition, one arrested, following November 2nd shooting

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Lincoln Police Department has issued an update regarding reports of a shooting in Central Lincoln on Tuesday evening.
An aggravated assault took place on November 2nd, around 9:00 p.m., in the 100th block of North 27th Street.
A 54-year-old was found lying outside of a residence with gunshot wound injuries to their torso and neck. The victim was taken to a local hospital and remains in critical condition.
The victim’s neighbor, 44-year-old, James Plagman shot the victim, a handgun was recovered from his apartment.
Plagman was taken into custody without incident and was charged with, first-degree assault and use of a firearm to commit a felony, an investigation remains open and ongoing.
