Very quiet and mild forecast through end of September
September has been a very dry month in Nebraska. In fact, Lincoln has only seen 0.20″ of rain so far this month! We aren’t going to add to that anytime soon, either. See the above video for the full forecast.
For Friday, it’s going to be sunny and warm. See below for the hour by hour forecast.
If you have an interest in the hurricane impacting the southeastern part of the US, below are a couple of videos that may be of interest. One is a Spaghetti Plot that shows the possible paths of the center of the storm. It weakens as it moves north and then stalls out in western Kentucky. The other video also shows the path with the cone of uncertainty as well as the interaction with the other low pressure system sitting and waiting in northern Alabama and Mississippi.

Lastly, if you’re headed to the Huskers game Saturday in West Lafayette, IN, it might be a little windy and rainy!
