Very warm week ahead
The average high for the 2nd half of February is in the lower and eventually the middle 40s. We’ll be nowhere near that this week!
Precipitation chances are small this week, but may increase by early next week.
We’re on track for one of the warmest Februarys on record for Lincoln. Through February 18th, we’re sitting at the 4th warmest average temperature!
These warm temperatures continue on Tuesday. We’ll warm up into the middle 60s by the afternoon!
Just about everybody will see highs in the 60s Tuesday. Maybe a touch cooler in the panhandle.
We’ll see the middle 60s the next couple of days, then a tad cooler with an early morning rain chance on Thursday.
The warm weather continues for the rest of February, too. The 6-10 day outlook (Feb 25-29) has us well above normal for highs.
