Warm days ahead, but not humid

The heat and humidity this summer has been very high many times. The heat is going to continue, but the humidity has take a bit of a break. Highs for the next several days will be in the lower 90s, but the dewpoint will hover right around the 60 degree mark.

Storms will be possible in western and central Nebraska Wednesday late afternoon and evening, but SE Nebraska will likely stay dry. The next chance for precipitation comes our way on Friday.

Tonight Low Dma    Tomorrow High Dma

For tonight, we’ll be dry, quiet, and cool. Lows will drop into the upper 50s and lower 60s by early Wednesday morning. However, since the atmosphere doesn’t have much moisture in it, we’ll warm up fairly quick. High temperatures in the afternoon will climb into the lower and middle 90s with a gusty south to south west wind at 10 to 20 mph.
