Warmer weather is moving in
It’s been a cold string of days for much of the state, but a return to normalcy is on the way!
There are quite a few chances for some precipitation next week, as well.
Strong winds and loose snow on the ground will lead to blowing snow issues in north central Nebraska.
Thus, a Winter Weather Advisory is in place through Sunday morning.
We do start off on the chilly side Sunday but we warm up to around 20 by noon and get really close to 30 by the afternoon.
The wind will be an issue, however. Sustained winds will be blowing at 10 to 20 mph, gusting to around 30 mph.
Because of that wind, a wind chill will be in play.
All in all, it’s a good start to our warm up. After highs in the upper 20s Sunday, we will see highs in the 30s all next week.
