Warming up, then cooling off
We’ll be very close to a record high in Lincoln on Thursday. The record is 65 degrees and the forecast high is 64! After that, we start the slide back downhill through the 50s on Friday and into the 40s Saturday and beyond. There’s a chance for some light rain late Friday and some early mixed precipitation early Saturday.
Temperatures won’t fall off too much tonight. We’ll drop into the middle 30s, which is about 15 degrees above average.
We warm up quick on Thursday. We’re into the 50s before noon and into the 60s most of the afternoon!
Just about all of us will be in the lower and middle 60s Thursday afternoon.
Even better, the wind won’t be much of an issue!
After Thursday, the cool down begins. 50s on Friday and 40s on Saturday. There’s a chance we see some light rain Friday evening, changing to a rain/snow mix early Saturday.
