WATCH: Group tries to kick down door of north Lincoln home

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A group of six people were caught on camera trying to force their way into a north Lincoln home.

On Wednesday, Lincoln Crime Stoppers asked for help solving the attempted break-in, which happened on Friday, just before midnight.

On the home’s security video, a male is seen kicking the door multiple times.

Another male then comes up and punches and kicks the door several times.

The homeowner talked to the group through the security system, and when the alarm went off, they quickly dispersed.

Police said there was significant damage to the door.
