Web Weather 6/4/20

Hot and humid weather will continue for the rest of the week along with a few chances for storms.  Another round of storms will be rolling out of the sandhills tonight into northeast Nebraska. Some of these storms are expected to hold together and make it into the Lincoln area. The strongest of the storms are expected to be north of the Platte river but we could still get some strong to damaging winds tonight. The weekend is looking to be on the hot and humid side, with temperatures continuing to warm to the lower 90s. But by the start of the next week, temperatures will drop below average to the 80s and even the upper 70s with dry conditions for most of the week.
