Weekend storms on and off with cooler air in place
Scattered showers and storms will be possible on and off throughout the weekend. The severe potential is small, though.
Much of the state is going to be cooler than average on Saturday. 70s for the eastern half, 80s for the western half.
We’ll do that again on Sunday, as well.
By the end of the weekend, some areas will have seen a quarter to a half inch of rain. A little more in spots, as well.
The storm chances ease up somewhat for next week as the temperatures slowly but surely climb back up.
