Windy and cool through Wednesday
A windy night is expected with wind gusts in the 40-50 mph range through early Wednesday morning. Sustained winds will be in the 20-30 mph range.
Because of the potential for so much wind, a Wind Advisory is in place through early Wednesday morning.
Temperatures will start in the teens to the west and upper 30s and lower 40s for eastern Nebraska.
Everybody will warm up into the lower and middle 50s, which is several degrees below average (60).
We’ll see 50s for highs all the way through Saturday, but then get some warmer temperatures by Sunday into next week.
