Windy Wednesday forecast with the chance for showers 3/30/2022

Get ready for a bad hair day! Wind gusts are currently around 30-40 mph this morning and it’s resulting in chilly wind chill values around 10-20°. Grab your winter layers as you head out the door, and keep them with you for the afternoon. We unfortunately will not make it anywhere near the 70s or 80s today, and instead will only see highs in the low to mid-40s. This is thanks to cloudy skies and the chance for showers later this afternoon and evening. Showers will be pretty scattered rain and first, before cooling temperatures result in a transition to snow. This could lead to a dusting up to an inch of accumulation in some spots through tomorrow morning before we dry out by the Thursday morning commute. Strong wind gusts around 30+ mph will also linger into the first half of your Thursday. We remain dry for your Thursday and warm back into the low 50s before the 60s return for Friday. We could see another round of rain showers as well on Friday, and no this is not an April Fools joke. 🙂
