Zoo Lights returns to Lincoln Children’s Zoo
The annual holiday event runs through December 30th.
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Now that Thanksgiving is over, Christmas light shows are popping up around Lincoln.
Friday was opening night for Zoo Lights at the Lincoln Children’s Zoo. They have partnered with LES to help get people into the holiday spirit.
There are several activities to do such as riding on the holiday train, taking pictures by the 40 foot Christmas tree, and enjoying some hot chocolate.
Zoo Lights will run through December 30th. If you want to attend zoo lights, it is highly recommended to buy the tickets in advance. If a show sells out, tickets will not be available at the gates.
The tickets are available on the Lincoln Children’s Zoo’s website.
All of the proceeds go to support the zoo and the animals during the winter months.
