3 taken to hospital after crash near 84th and Highway 2

Three people were taken to the hospital following a multi-vehicle crash near 84th and Highway 2. 

The crash happened around 3:20 p.m. Monday. 

At least one person had to be extricated from a vehicle. 

Authorities did not say in what condition the people were in when they were transported.
