311 to play show at The Astro Amphitheater in La Vista

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Nebraska’s own 311 is playing a show at a new venue in La Vista later this year.
The band, which was formed in Omaha in 1990, will be playing at The Astro Amphitheater on Sept. 29.
AWOLNATION and Blame My Youth are set to open for 311, according to a press release.
Public ticket sales begin at 10 a.m. on Friday via Ticketmaster.
The Astro is a new, indoor-outdoor multipurpose theater near 84th Street and Park View Boulevard in La Vista, officials said.
The venue – which is set to open in late August – has already announced several shows, including Dropkick Murphys, Wilco and the Goo Goo Dolls.
