$70,000 in jewelry stolen from east Lincoln home

Police say a variety of necklaces, rings and earrings were stolen from a east Lincoln home over the course of a year.

Lincoln Police are investigating after a 47-year-old Lincoln woman reported that a variety of jewelry was taken from her home.

$70,000 worth of earrings, necklaces, and rings were taken from the woman’s home over the course of about a year, according to police.

Police are continuing to investigate the theft, and anyone with information is encouraged to call police at 402-441-6000.
