Clients of a Lincoln housekeeper accused of stealing tens of thousands of dollars worth of jewelry continue to report missing items, authorities say.

Samantha Neemann, 33, was arrested on May 8 after two victims had reported jewelry missing from their homes where Neemann was their housekeeper. She is facing felony theft charges in connection.

On Monday, Lincoln police told Channel 8 Eyewitness News there have been eight additional reports of missing jewelry from people who employed Neeman. In four of the cases, the jewelry was recovered after being pawned. The other cases are still being investigated to see if Neemann is responsible, police said.

Police say the items were worth nearly $70,000.

Neeman told investigators the items “were sucked up by her vacuum,” according to court documents.
