Little Blue River near Barnes affecting Washington and Marshall
Counties.

Big Blue River near Blue Rapids affecting Marshall County.

Mill Creek at Washington affecting Washington County.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Little Blue River near Barnes.

* WHEN...Until early Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Lowland agricultural flooding occurs from
15th Road and Zenith Road in Washington County to Waterville in
Marshall County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:17 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 15.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage tonight and
rise to 16.8 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall
below flood stage tomorrow afternoon and continue to fall to
5.0 feet Wednesday morning.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Little Blue River near Barnes affecting Washington and Marshall

Mill Creek at Washington affecting Washington County.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Mill Creek at Washington.

* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Low lands along the creek flood from
Morrowville to Washington flood.
At 19.0 feet, Osage Road, located 2 miles west and 1 mile north of
Washington, floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 21.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Monday morning and continue falling to 2.8 feet Friday
evening.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS RETURN TO THE AREA MONDAY
AFTERNOON...

The National Weather Service in Hastings has issued a Red Flag
Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect
from noon to 9 PM CDT Monday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer
in effect.

* WINDS...Southwest with sustained speeds near 15 to 20 mph and
gusts near 25 to 30 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 11 to 18 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
