forecast.

* WHERE...Mill Creek at Washington.

* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Osage Road, located 2 miles west and 1
mile north of Washington, floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 26.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 3.1 feet
early Friday morning.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHERE...Little Blue River near Barnes.

* WHEN...Until early Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Farm field, 4.5 miles north of Barnes, on
the west side of Highway 148 floods north of the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:01 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this afternoon to a crest of 17.5 feet just after
midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early
tomorrow afternoon.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
