Teens found with Molotov cocktail on Halloween

On Thursday, at 6:30 p.m. Lincoln Police reported three teens were found with a Molotov cocktail in a bag.

Police responded to a called saying a group of teens were crossing the interstate. The device was inspected by the Lincoln Fire Department and the teens were charged with possession of a destructive device. All were age 14, refereed to the county attorney’s office, and released to parents.
