Monolith continues to offer high-paying specialty jobs to Nebraska

HALLAM, Neb. (KLKN)-Monolith has partnered with Kiewit and will begin construction in a few months.  They are anticipating about 800 construction workers in Hallam during the peak of construction.

From September 2021 through December 2021, Monolith added 50 new employees to their team.  They will continue to add more over the next year or so.  These are high-paying specialty jobs.

“We announced a really big hiring plan. We announced we would be adding 200 employees to the company over the course of 18 months, and we are really excited that we’ve added about 25% of those already as of the end of the year, and we are on track in Q1 to add another 30 and probably keep that pace up through 2022,” said Amy Ostermeyer Executive Vice President of Development at Monolith.

Amy shared that, so far, they have been able to bring in some great talent to Nebraska.
