Lincoln Police investigating after 2 overdose at northwest Lincoln birthday party

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Lincoln Police are investigating after two men overdosed Saturday afternoon at a birthday party, according to authorities.

LPD said officers were dispatched just after 4 p.m. to Bridger Road in northwest Lincoln. When officers arrived a 29-year-old man and a 37-year-old man were passed out.

Authorities said the two overdosed on suspected cocaine.

According to LPD, officers did CPR and used Narcan on the scene.

The two males were then rushed to a local hospital where they remain in critical but stable condition.

Lincoln Police say the investigation is ongoing.
